What we collect
When you email us or book a call, we keep your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your business and workflows. That's it: this site has no signup forms, no tracking pixels, and no advertising cookies.

To reply, scope, and build
How we use it
To reply to you, to scope and build your demo, and to run the systems you hire us to run. We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.

Your accounts stay yours
Your business data
Automations we build run inside your own accounts, on your own logins and API keys. Your customer data stays in your tools; we don't copy it onto our servers. Before we look at anything sensitive, we sign an NDA.

Connected on your behalf
Third-party services
The systems we build connect to services you already use (for example Gmail, QuickBooks, or Stripe). Each of those is governed by its own privacy policy; we only wire them together on your behalf.

Kept only as long as needed
Keeping and deleting data
We keep project correspondence for as long as we work together, plus what bookkeeping law requires. Ask us to delete what we hold about you and we will, promptly.
